One of the most influential shows I’ve ever encountered. There is so much heart in this show. It’s a sci-fi, but it’s not really all that much about the sci-fi. Doctor Who is a show about friends, family, love, and doing what you can to make the world better – because even the Doctor isn’t at their best all the time.
Our van has a plate frame that says, “My other car is a TARDIS.” My car is a bright blue Toyota Yaris hatchback. Having eight people we actually also have a light blue (full size) Yaris. Naturally, I refer to it as The Taris. It’s not bigger on the inside.
It has given me one of my favorite quotes in the world.
