I worked at this place for 11 years. A lot of training positions. Leadership, continuous innovation, orientations for new hires, I even did interviews. On a work trip to Texas, I was inspired to really push for the creation of a Training Coordinator. I even got started on it while HR pushed it through. I rewrote the system of training, the lesson plans, and came up with a system to organize papers for 5 facilities across 3 states. They posted for the job and I was just so ecstatic! But. When a guy who had worked there for 8 months got the job – I quit.
